Each year the Toronto Curling Association recognizes an individual for his or her contributions to curling in the Toronto and Greater Toronto area. This award can be earned due to accomplishments on the ice or off the ice in an organizational or supportive role. It can be a combination of any or all activities related to curling.
As the commisioner of the Toronto Curling Major league for 18 years, Ryk’s contribution’s are well resepcted. Ryk also helped support local and provincial competitions winning Zone and Region Crests. Thank You Ryk!
Over the past 22 years Carolyn has developed the Adult Learn-to-Curl clinic, secured a food and beverage licensing agreement and double membership during her time with East York Curling Club. Thank You Carolyn!
Ice Maker, Teacher and Inventor in the Curling community for over 50 years. Dave started in the community at 17, as a assistant ice maker in Lindsay. Not a problem Dave couldn’t fix! Thank You Dave!
